Modern Slavery Statement
Modern Slavery is a crime which violates fundamental human rights. Notch Communications recognises that as a commercial organisation, it has a moral and social responsibility to take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all forms.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity to prevent slavery and human trafficking, as well as protecting human rights in our corporate activities. We are also committed to ensuring, as far as we are able, that our supply chain (including subcontractors and partners) does the same.
All Notch employees are expected to highlight any concerns using the appropriate reporting channels, and local management is expected to act accordingly.
Recruitment and Human Resources

- Workplace equality policies are in place
- Wages and benefits comply with relevant government legislation
- Continual improvement
Notch Communications continues to review and develop its policies, procedures, systems and controls to ensure ethical and legal compliance.
